Winners of the recent Melbourne Fresh band competition (best of 170 bands), nominated for Best Rock act at the 2007 MusicOz Awards and now winners of the triple j Unearthed Homebake competition, this Victorian based four piece known as NUMBER STATION have seemingly appeared from nowhere to take the indie airwaves by storm.

Recorded at the famous Sing Sing Studios, and produced by Jimi Maroudas (Tim Rogers, Ice Cream Hands and The Living End), the band’s first official release, “Way We Live”, is an irresistible slice of guitar pop guaranteed to get you on the dancefloor.

Unlike their namesake - the spooky short-wave radio transmissions from nowhere - Number Station's intention is no secret.
